Meet the founder — Lucain Jin
SiteHearth was founded by Lucain Jin, who has spent about 20 years working hands-on with websites and IT. Over that time he has built, fixed, moved and maintained websites and systems of many kinds — and learned that what small businesses need most is not more technology, but someone dependable who takes care of it for them.
When you work with SiteHearth, you work directly with Lucain. He personally handles every project, from the first conversation through launch and beyond, so nothing gets lost between salespeople and subcontractors. He understands that a small business owner’s time and budget are limited, and he focuses on what actually helps: a clear, fast website, email that just works, and honest advice in plain language. And once your site is live, he doesn’t disappear — he stays on to keep it updated, secure and running smoothly, year after year.
