Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain, content, and site files are yours. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Care plans are month-to-month. Annual billing is optional and saves you two months.
How does payment work?
Website packages are 50% deposit to start and 50% at launch. Spark can be split into 3 monthly payments. Care plans are billed monthly, or yearly if you prefer.
What if I need more than my plan includes?
Extra work beyond your plan is $85/hour, and we always quote it before we start — no surprise invoices.
What does email cost?
Our setup fee is one-time. Your mailbox subscription is billed directly by Google or Microsoft, so you keep full control.
How long does a website take?
Spark launches in 7–10 business days, Hearth in 2–3 weeks, and Custom projects in 4–6 weeks. Timelines start once we have your content, photos, and logins. Need it sooner? Rush delivery is available for +25%.
I already have a website. Can you take it over?
Usually, yes. Start with a $99 website health check — a written report on what to keep, fix, or rebuild. If you go ahead with a new build, the $99 is credited toward it.
Do I need to write the content myself?
Not necessarily. Hearth includes polishing the text you provide, Custom includes full copywriting, and copywriting is available for any site at $125 per page.
